The Role
As a Real Estate Agent, you will guide clients through the buying journey while building strong relationships and creating exceptional experiences.
You will:
- Conduct property viewings
- Follow up with incoming buyer leads
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Keep our CRM updated and organized
- Guide buyers throughout the purchase process
- Generate your own opportunities and maintain your pipeline

We actively provide our agents with booked clients ready for viewings through our internal systems and team support, while also expecting agents to follow up with leads and create opportunities of their own.

Compensation
We are adaptable and open to finding the right structure for the right candidate:
- Commission-only (preferred) with strong earning potential
- Base salary + commission can be considered for the right candidate
Earnings are performance-driven with strong upside potential.
What We’re Looking For
Must have:
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Positive mindset and high motivation
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-driven attitude
- Coachable and eager to improve
- Driving license and own vehicle
Big bonus:
- Norwegian speaking
- Polish, Dutch, Swedish, German or additional languages
- Previous experience in sales or real estate
- Knowledge of Costa Blanca and the local market
