Job Description
As Accountant you will participate in accounting month-end and year-end activities, ensuring accuracy of finance information according to US GAAP and Spanish GAAP, and complying with demanding deadlines.
Main responsibilities
* Review monthly Balance sheet and prepare quarterly BS accounts reconciliations.
* Accruals and prepayment calculation and posting.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Corporate.
* Prepare annual statutory accounts.
* Fulfil and submit tax forms (VAT, Intrastat, Income taxes).
* Prepare intercompany transaction details on an annual basis.
* Reply to specific requests from local tax authorities.
* Active coordination with shared service centers.
* Active participation to implement finance projects in Iberia region (LEI, ERPS, etc).
* Active participation in planning process.
About you
* University degree in Business Administration.
* 3–5 year experience in a similar position in a multinational company or Big Four.
* Knowledge in BPC and SAP and Sage is a plus.
* Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Microsoft 365, Outlook.
Salary range: 30,000€ – 36,000€. 9‑month contract.
