Responsibilities Partner with developers throughout the sprint lifecycle, from refinement to release
Validate and challenge acceptance criteria during grooming before development starts
Define and maintain clear, maintainable test cases aligned with product risk
Perform parallel testing during development and run smoke and regression testing on staging and production
Design, build and maintain automated coverage for critical and stable user flows
Evolve the automation strategy pragmatically without blocking delivery
Own the QA process, surface quality and process risks early and keep sprint flow healthy
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to clarify scope, risks and quality concerns
Use AI assisted testing tools to improve coverage, speed and test quality
Make QA work visible and aligned with Agile ceremonies and sprint goals
Qualifications Minimum 6 years experience as a QA Engineer in Agile Scrum product teams
Risk based testing mindset to balance speed and quality
Solid experience with test automation frameworks and automated testing strategies
Confidence to challenge unclear requirements and detect risks early
Clear communication with technical and non technical stakeholders
Pragmatic, outcome focused approach and strong ownership mindset
Fluent English
Nice to have Experience testing complex frontend platforms and monorepo environments
Experience with AI assisted testing workflows
Experience improving QA processes in DevOps oriented teams
