As we continue to grow in the area of Marbella, we are on the lookout for a passionate Mortgage Assistant and driven for success. (If you are eager to work in an independent, results-oriented environment where your expertise is truly valued, this is your opportunity!)
What you will be doing:
* Tailor Mortgage Solutions: Help assist the Mortgage Advisor with clients financial situations and provide them with the most suitable mortgage options.
* Guide Clients to Success: Support the Mortgage Advisor with clients throughout the mortgage application process, increasing their chances of approval.
* Build Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with banks, ensuring access to the best mortgage products for our clients.
* Expand Your Network: Collaborate with real estate agencies specializing in non-residents and strengthen ties with local bank branches.
What we expect from you:
* Fluent in English, Polish or Swedish (additional languages is a plus!)
* A self-driven mindset with the ability to work efficianly and achieve results.
* Strong relationship-building skills - you enjoy working with clients and financial institutions alike.
* A passion for customer service and an ability to understand the unique financial needs of each client.
* Residency in the service area of Marbella or surroundings.
