Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled API Support Engineer (L2) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving API-related incidents and operational issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of API services in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve API-related incidents and operational issues
* Perform API troubleshooting and root cause analysis
* Analyze logs and tracing data to identify issues
* Provide support for incidents affecting API runtime
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
* Monitor API performance and proactively address potential problems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong troubleshooting capability in API environments
* Solid knowledge of HTTP, REST, and JSON
* Experience with log analysis and tracing tools
* Ability to distinguish between gateway, network, and backend issues
* Experience handling runtime incidents in integration platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in high-availability environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
