We’re looking for a Customer Communication Management (CCM) Consultant to join our team and help us design, configure, and implement scalable communication solutions. Although this is an international position, the employment relationship must be legally established in a country where VILT operates — preferably Brazil, Portugal, or Spain. For candidates based in other regions, contractor arrangements or relocation support may be considered.
This position will be adjusted based on the candidate's experience level:
* At the Senior level, we expect strong autonomy, technical leadership, and direct client interaction.
* At the Intermediate level, you'll have close support and a clear path for growth into these responsibilities.
What you will do:
* Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Design, configure, and implement CCM solutions
* Customize templates and workflows based on client needs
* Participate in client meetings and gather feedback for continuous improvement
* Ensure solution quality and stability through testing and production phases
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support junior profiles
* Document technical and functional aspects of implemented solutions
What we expect from you:
* Hands-on experience with one or more CCM platforms (e.g., Quadient, Exstream)
* Strong knowledge of XML/XSLT, document design logic, and development tools
* Bonus: experience integrating with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, SQL or NoSQL databases)
* Strong analytical skills and customer-focused mindset
* Able to work independently on technical tasks
* Well-organized with effective communication skills
* Comfortable working in collaborative, multicultural environments
* Completed or ongoing university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* Or Vocational Training degree in Web Application Development (DAW) or Cross-Platform Application Development (DAM)
* English: Intermediate level or above (valued, but not mandatory).
* Spanish: Advanced or native (required, especially for candidates residing outside Spain).
