Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and categorize decision-makers in different sectors
* Track potential clients
* Arrange meetings to generate new business opportunities
* Optimize lead qualification processes
* Develop strategies to recruit potential clients
* Participate in marketing automation workflows
* Contribute to sales proposals
* Analyze reports (MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, ABM program)
* Update and clean client information in the CRM
Core Skills/experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field is a plus
* 1 or 2 years of experience in Lead Generation or a similar role
* Proactive, empathetic, and well-organized in managing workloads
* Possesses a positive attitude and motivation to tackle new challenges
* Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving and possesses excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of CRMs, particularly experienced in Salesforce or Pardot would be a big plus!
