•Develop data-driven strategies to achieve significant increases in lead generation and ROI across all channels.•Manage digital campaigns, setting and tracking KPIs (ROI, CPA).•Create all e-commerce marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.•Develop and implement SEO-optimized content strategies.•Manage e-commerce investment budgets, controlling variance.•Analyze campaign performance and report monthly metrics.•Collaborate with sales, product, and KAM teams.•Optimize for SEO/SEM and manage influencer marketing campaigns.•Conduct market research and adapt strategies based on insights. Mentor junior team members.

Mentor junior team members.Additional Responsibilities: •SEO/SEM:Optimize for visibility to achieve a 10% traffic increase.•Market Research:Monitor trends and adapt strategies based on insights.•Budget Management:Oversee a (Dollar Amount) budget to achieve (Percentage)% ROI with a +/- (Percentage)% variance.•Stakeholder Engagement:Foster relationships to ensure consistent branding.•Team Development:Mentor junior staff in SEO, social media, and analytics.•Influencer Marketing:Manage campaigns and track ROI.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience & Education:

•Minimum 4-5 years of successful digital marketing experience (FMCG/B2B).•Proven track record of measurable improvements in lead generation and brand awareness.•Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.•Expertise in SEO-optimized content and integrated campaigns.•Excellent collaboration skills.

Specific Knowledge:

•E-commerce Expertise:Strong grasp of all e-commerce elements.•Analytical Skills:Expert in analytical, statistical, and quantitative methods.•Cross-Functional Networking:Proven ability to build networks to achieve marketing goals.•Project Management:Proficient in project management methodologies.•Compliance Knowledge:Strong understanding of relevant regulations (specify if applicable).
