Job Description:
Our Team: At Vista, Finance is positioned to be a strategic partner of the business as well as the first line of accountability. As the FP&A Manager for Vista’s CARE org, you will partner with the CARE management and finance team to lead financial analyses and modelling, drive financial insights and accountability for the business, and support operational decision-making. This is a key role within Vista that will help shape the future of the business and the overall finance organization. This remote-first position will be based in Barcelona and report to the FP&A Director for Design & Service.
What You Will Do:
* Lead a team of 3 finance professionals located in Tunisia, Jamaica, and the Philippines, and be responsible for their development and well-being.
* Partner with the CARE organisation's leaders on assessing and measuring financial and operational business performance.
* Proactively evaluate the results of operations, supervise trends, risks, opportunities, and recommend actions.
* Provide mentorship and support to finance team members whilst owning key management reporting activities, including:
o Annual budget and bi-annual forecasting processes.
o Month-end / Quarter end review of operating results.
o Communicating insightful analysis of results across the CARE organization and to corporate stakeholders.
* Evaluate the impact of strategic financial decisions and present recommendations to leadership.
* Coordinate with Vistaprint and Corporate Finance teams as it relates to consolidation of Vistaprint’s financial results.
* Design, develop, and implement processes and reporting that improve the finance organization’s ability to provide financial insights.
* Present and communicate to all levels of the organization.
Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting).
* Strong business acumen and understanding and communicating financial implications to non-financial stakeholders.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organisational levels and functions.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Proven track record of developing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
* Demonstrated skills in performing sophisticated financial modelling.
* Strong understanding of management P&Ls and profitability drivers.
* Ability to influence and empower others, as well as to adapt and pivot when handling challenging situations and to make trade-off decisions.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Nice to Have:
* Experience using FP&A systems such as OneStream/HFM would be a bonus, as would experience working in Customer Support or Operational organization.
