Contract Manager/Claim Consultant - Construction Sector

Role: Full‑time, on‑site Contract Manager/Claim Consultant based in East Africa.
* Manage contracts throughout project lifecycles, including preparing, reviewing, and negotiating variations, claims and commercial agreements.
* Identify and mitigate risks, providing advice to clients on contractual obligations and supporting claim preparation and dispute resolution.
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
* Ensure all work adheres to legal and regulatory standards.
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* 8–10 years experience as a Contract Manager or Claim Consultant in construction.
* Proficient in English at a professional level.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contract law and industry‑specific regulations.
* Expertise in claim management: analysis, preparation and negotiation.
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and negotiation skills.
* Preferably qualified as MRICS, CIOB or CIArb.
* Open to relocation to East Africa.

* 40 days annual leave per year (rotation plan).
