What Will You Do in This Role?

* Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients (CROs, Pharmas, and Biotechs).
* Prepare and negotiate budgets for clinical trial services.
* Follow up on quotes presented during the negotiation process.
* Ensure and manage the pipeline of opportunities.
* Oversee document management (CDAs and MSAs).
* Represent the company at national and international events.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams such as PMs, Supply Chain, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.
Qualifications & Experience
*
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
* Experience in business development within a company offering services or B2B, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry—specifically in clinical supplies for a clinical trial environment.
Skills Required
*
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional ability to deliver customer service to the highest standards of quality and excellence.
* Strong client‑building and third‑party relationship management skills.
* Fluent in English—the hiring process will be conducted in this language.
