We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to support a multi-country payroll and time transformation program across five live payroll countries within the ADP GlobalView (GV) / Celergo landscape. This is a high-impact role focused on system stabilization, compensation harmonization, and technical interface enablement during a critical transformation phase.
The consultant will lead discovery and solution design activities related to payroll element restructuring, G2 inbound interface builds (Concur and Benifex), and time & attendance transition to ATOSS. The role operates in a live service environment and requires hands‑on configuration expertise combined with structured stakeholder coordination across ADP Service, Integration, and parallel SFSF rollout teams.
This engagement is positioned post‑optimization workshop and focuses on system clean‑up, CCR support, and technical enablement. ADP will provide functional advisory support; however, this role owns the technical design validation and coordination for G2 inbound builds and payroll/time integration impacts.
The consultant must operate autonomously, define country‑by‑country rollout sequencing, assess downstream payroll impact of compensation changes, and provide a realistic, executable timeline aligned to EU (UK) time zones.
