Mission
The mission is to ensure the effective management of the company's financial resources while supporting its strategic goals. This role focuses on overseeing financial planning, cost control, and operational efficiency, providing strategic insights to guide business decisions, and driving financial performance across departments.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate in the preparation of accurate financial forecasts and models aligned with the company's development goals, considering aspects like production volumes, headcount, capital expenditure, and resource allocation.
* Conduct regular variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual performance and budgeted targets, providing insights into operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
* Work closely with operations and manufacturing teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and waste minimization, supporting the company's goal of industrial scalability and efficiency.
* Supervise capital expenditure planning, ensuring the appropriate allocation of funds for industrial equipment, facilities, and expansion projects that support production capacity and technological advancement.
* Monitor cash flow closely to ensure the financial stability of the company, facilitating the smooth execution of industrialization projects while optimizing liquidity for working capital needs.
Necessary Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field.
* Master's degree in finance or enrolled in financial certifications such as CFA are preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or financial analysis positions for demanding industries with a strong focus on the defense or aerospace sector.
* Experience working and modeling three financial statements, business cases, capacity forecasts, etc.
