As Associate Director of Sales, you drive the hotel's commercial success through strategic leadership and operational excellence. You will shape sales strategy across segments and mentor a high-performing team, aligning with the Director of Sales & Marketing to elevate Grand Hyatt Barcelona's luxury positioning. You'll lead market analysis, partnership development, and integrated campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a prestigious luxury hotel environment.

* Monitor top accounts, evaluate trends, and maximize share and profitability
* Maintain accurate Hyatt system documentation in line with brand standards
* Act as primary contact for high-value clients and coordinate site inspections
* Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales team with clear objectives
* Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in guiding department toward revenue targets
* Implement training and best practices to enhance skills and efficiency
* Participate in departmental meetings and assist in strategic goal setting
* Assist in planning the annual revenue budget and marketing plan
* Coordinate monthly revenue forecasts and manage sales expense budgets
* Prepare end-of-month reports and participate in business reviews
* Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue penetration when goals are not met
