As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in a high-impact finance transformation project within an international organization. You will translate complex financial and controlling challenges into clear, actionable solutions and ensure alignment between business, IT, and stakeholders.

In this role, you act as the bridge between finance and IT, working in a fast-paced environment where your analytical skills and stakeholder management make the difference.
What will you do?
* As an IT Business Analyst, you will be involved in a large-scale finance implementation or migration project, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, validated, and successfully implemented.
* Translate complex finance and controlling needs (cost, profitability, reporting, compliance) into clear and testable business and functional requirements
* Perform end-to-end business analysis, including current state assessment, future state design, gap analysis, and contribution to business cases
* Manage the full requirements lifecycle, ensuring traceability from financial objectives to epics, user stories, controls, and UAT scenarios
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align business, IT, and vendors
* Resolve ambiguities in requirements and priorities across multiple stakeholders
* Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), ensuring solution quality and validating outcomes
* Safeguard data integrity and reporting accuracy throughout the project
What do you bring?
* Proven experience in finance implementation and/or migration projects;
* Strong ability to translate complex finance and controlling requirements into structured solutions;
* Experience withend-to-end business analysis and requirements lifecycle management
* Solid understanding of data-intensive environments (financial data models, interfaces, reconciliations, reporting)
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to facilitate workshops;
* Ability to workindependently in a high-pressure, international project environment.
