WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Legal Senior Analyst you will advise on international financings, subject to European, American or Spanish regulations and on matters of different nature and complexity related to GTB's business. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Providing legal advice to (i) Trade and Working Capital Solutions team (trade funding and structured trade products) (ii) Export Finance Team (facility agreements covered by an export credit agency) and (iii) Documentary Trade products (guarantees, stand by letter of credit and LCs). Be heavily involved in the structuring and negotiation of the financings which are led/originated by the bank. Coordination with counterparties, whether internal (other departments and areas of the Group) and external (legal counsel). Review and be actively involved in the negotiation of the transaction documents produced by external counsel (including, among others, mandate letter, term sheet, facilities agreement, fee letter, security document, intercreditor agreement) and ensure they align with the banks internal policies. Used to working on agreements under English and New York law. We are looking for:EXPERIENCEMinimum 4/5 years in an international law firm, banking entity or private company. Experience in banking and finance. (GTB's business)Experience negotiating complex agreements under tight deadlines. EDUCATIONQualification as LawyerSpanish or English qualified lawyer with relevant experience in banking and finance products.
