As Product Marketing Manager for Disney Speedstorm, you will shape the game’s yearly marketing plan and lead impactful campaigns to drive engagement, retention and growth. You will partner with the Marketing Director, development teams, Disney stakeholders and external partners to align marketing initiatives with strategy and brand. You’ll craft creative campaigns powered by data and performance insights, manage promotional assets, and optimize cross-functional partnerships. This role offers the chance to influence brand direction in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and to work on globally visible campaigns with Disney IP.

• Shape the long-term brand strategy for Disney Speedstorm with the Marketing Director
• Plan and execute marketing activations aligned with game objectives and KPIs
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns supported by data
• Oversee production of promotional assets (trailers, screenshots, web assets, store materials)
• Collaborate with Disney marketing teams to coordinate activities
• Identify and develop promotional opportunities with external partners and platforms
• Support marketing opportunities with development teams inside and outside the game
• Analyze campaign performance and provide postmortem insights
• Collaborate with Community, ASO, UA, Press, and Market Insights to maximize impact
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of consumer marketing experience, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or online products
• Strong passion for video games and gaming culture across multiple platforms
• Experience launching and supporting products or campaigns
• Excellent English xpzdshu communication and copywriting skills
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and performance data
• Creative thinker capable of developing innovative and realistic marketing initiatives
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to work autonomously
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
