Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Technology & Systems Analyst (2–4 years of experience) to support our Digital Transformation function.
This role is ideal for a junior profile, ideally coming from consulting or an engineering background, with a strong interest in systems, processes, and digital transformation.
This is a hands-on role, with real exposure to system implementations and operational processes in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Please note: this is not a pure finance, accounting, or data analytics role. We are looking for candidates interested in systems, operations, and implementation.
You will work closely with the Director of Digital Transformation and play a key role in supporting system integrations, gathering business requirements, coordinating vendors, and improving operational processes.
This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Track and follow up on ongoing technology initiatives
Support implementation and optimization of core systems (ERP, procurement, finance, integrations)
Gather and document business requirements across teams
Identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements
Translate business needs into functional specifications
Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners
Support integrations and troubleshoot system issues
Assist in testing (UAT), validation, and go-live
Document processes and support system governance
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience, ideally in consulting, technology, systems, or business analysis roles
2–3 years in consulting (strategy, tech, or operations) OR a strong engineering background
Experience in requirements gathering and system implementations
Exposure to ERP systems (Business Central, Net Suite, SAP...) is a plus
Experience working with vendors and external partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to bridge business and technology
Highly organized, proactive, and structured
Comfortable in fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills
Nice to Have xhfqzwm
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or multi-entity environments
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or data flows
Experience supporting finance systems
Project coordination experience
Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
Ways of Working
Madrid office
Monday to Thursday: in-office
Friday: remote
