This role is to cover paternity leave.

**What will I be doing? \uD83E\uDD14**:

- Overseeing and issuing contracts of employment, amendment letters, ad hoc salary and bonus letters.
- Responsible for the Onboarding/Offboarding activities: facilitate HR Induction for new starters, setting up exit interviews or enrollment to benefits.
- Minute taking during HR related meetings such as Disciplinary/Capability investigations/meetings.
- Potentially acting as the HR representative during the meetings.
- Support in optimizing new processes and tools in order to provide a great employee experience.
- Working on Local HR projects to assist with the People Ops strategy.

**What do we need from you? \uD83D\uDE0E**:

- 1 year of previous HR experience, preferable in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Strong ability to take initiative and deliver results \u0002\u0003\u0002
- Fluency in both Spanish and English. Italian or Polish are a plus.
- Great communication & analytical skills.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and G Suite on a daily basis.
- Nice to have: possessing experience using interactive HRIS e.g. Hibob and processing payrolls.
- Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
