* Proven experience in sales Management within product sales within IT reseller / IT Managed Services environment.
* A successful track record of leading a successful sales team
* You will lead from the front, being a hands on enterprise sales person yourself, along with driving team performance
* Fluent in English and Spanish. An additional European language would be ideal (French / German etc)
