Job Description:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the complete admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring systematic approaches that maximize conversion rates.
- You will work alongside the Director of Marketing, Admissions & Communications to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with school FTE targets and growth objectives.
- Design and oversee Family Experience Journey (FEJ) initiatives to streamline operations, increase satisfaction and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Establish clear workflows, timelines, and quality standards for all admissions activities.
Key Responsibilities:
