Senior Deskside Engineer

Role
Identifying and solving various IT issues within the established time and quality (connectivity, application errors, operating system failures, etc.).
Configuring and preparing video conference rooms.
Organising and inventorying the warehouse.
Installing Microsoft Operating Systems and imaging devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs).
Installing software and other scripts.
Replacing components (hard drives, processors, etc.) in different types of devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and PDAs).
Performing other IT‐related tasks following Computacenter's directives.
Stock control.
Documenting and constantly communicating with different on‐site or remote teams.
Mobility is required for the technician to provide services at different sites.

Experience of at least 2‐3 years as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment
Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science
Driving licence required

Permanent and full‐time contract, Monday – Friday 40hours/week coverage with the possibility of on‐call or weekend interventions
