Infinite: Leader in B2B hotel distribution for tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks, offering a hotel inventory based on direct contracts accessible via a cutting-edge API integrated into major technological platforms worldwide, serving clients in over 90 countries.


Mission:

This home-based role in Europe entails full responsibility for global expansion, focusing on revenue growth and client acquisition. The role involves engaging clients to connect via our API, managing new business leads, and maintaining relationships at all levels of client management, primarily targeting tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Focus on new business development and achieving sales targets individually and as a team.
2. Engage with existing clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings, with some travel as needed.
3. Visit clients and prospects to foster relationships and close sales opportunities.
4. Coordinate with Finance, Connection, and Operations teams to ensure excellent client service.
5. Manage client onboarding from registration to booking through diligent follow-up.
6. Deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new business.
7. Plan meetings and analyze data to inform strategies.
8. Support client communication and relay feedback to head office for improvements.
9. Provide weekly and monthly reports and update CRM system daily.
10. Implement company strategies and directives effectively.


Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of field sales experience in the travel industry, with a preference for API sales or related experience. A proven sales record can compensate for fewer years of experience. Candidates should have strong market contacts, be target-oriented, tech-savvy, and excellent communicators. Flexibility for national and international travel, fluency in English, and additional languages are advantageous.
