You must conduct the strategy and activities with both internal and external clients. Likewise, manage your team in terms of the people who make it up as well as the aspects of the team, budgets, tactical plans and their achievement.
The responsibility is to lead the NorthAmerica Team and conduct the scientific and medical activities in LATAM.
Including the Scientifical Support to them as well as the consolidation of the collaboration with cross functional teams.
**What your responsibilities will be**:
- Leadership through research activities, symposia at congresses, educational activities, as well as collaboration with key opinion leaders and main Distributors.
- Management of the supervision activities of the different functions of the group of people when she/he has a team.
- Participation and contribution of scientific value to product development proposals together with the MKT and R&D; teams, as well Commercial Team.

- University Degree in Lifescience
- 10 years in medical affairs management experience
- Inmunohematology knowledge
