Experteer Overview In this role you lead the regional Network Supply Planning organization to align with strategic goals. You manage long-range and deployment plans, adapt network strategies for Mu0026amp; A, and coordinate with regional leadership to optimize the supply network. You identify constraints, propose expansion or contraction scenarios, and drive inventory optimization to reduce obsolescence. You will collaborate across teams, support Su0026amp; OP processes, and communicate findings to executive stakeholders. - Lead and manage the regional Network Supply Planning organization to align with strategic goals
- Oversee long-range supply planning (24 months to 5 years) and adapt network strategies for Mu0026A
- Manage mid/long-term MPS and RCCP planning
- Oversee DRP for 6–24 months to ensure optimal regional supply planning
- Review supply network for constraints and under-utilization; propose expansion or contraction scenarios
- Communicate supply network findings and proposals to regional SC leadership for decisions
- Identify FG requirements and decide allocations based on business priorities
- Align allocation with other regions via DRP
- Support inventory management to reduce excess and obsolescence risks
- Identify actions to improve inventory performance and minimize obsolescence
- Identify and communicate mid-to-long-term supply risks to SC leadership
- Support and/or facilitate regional Su0026OP supply review meetings
- Collaborate with Operational and Material Planning to secure and improve supply reliabilityResponsabilidades
- Min. 5 years of leadership experience in supply planning
- Business fluent in English
- Strong communication and relationship-building at multiple levels and with external vendors
- Very good end-to-end understanding of supply planning
- Ability to lead, develop and steer people and projects
- Strong presentation and analytical skills with KPI ownership
