What You’ll Do
* As a Fusion SaaS Cx Consultant, deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while advocating for customer needs, resolving post-sales technical and functional issues directly with customers.
* Be a primary point of contact for customers; facilitate relationships with Support, Product Management, and cross functional teams; provide advice to internal Oracle staff on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
* Help ensure customer satisfaction by leveraging automated tools and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve or prevent issues; contribute as a member of the technical problem solving and problem avoidance team; participate in on site customer visits when required.
Background/Qualifications
* 3-5+ years experience with Oracle SaaS Cx
* Experience in B2B Sales & Services
* Applying and testing Oracle Updates
* Strong experience in providing support, configuration and extension services to clients
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Ability to work with multiple teams to address client needs
* Demonstrate self initiative and ability to work independently
* Hands on experience in supporting/integrating and extending Oracle SaaS Cx
* Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications, and understanding of performance tuning techniques
* Additional language in Italian, German, or French

Responsibilities
As an Advisory Systems Engineer, you are expected to be an expert member of the problem solving and avoidance team with the ability to resolve extremely complex and critical customer issues autonomously. You will report on customer status and technical matters regularly, with limited guidance from management, and provide expert technical advice to customers and Oracle colleagues.
