Electrical integration production support

You will work in a multidisciplinary and autonomous team with the mission of creating innovative solutions to satisfy our customers, in an environment of trust.

In an innovative digital environment at the cutting edge of technology, you will join a dynamic department in charge of the integration of electrical assemblies on our platforms.

Your mission will consist of carrying out support to MCA’s and FAL for the integration of electrical harnesses and electrical equipment’s so that the safety and reliability of our helicopters are ensured.

You will be responsible for the following main activities:

• Create an interface between shop floor and electrical design departments
• Find solutions for detected non conformities and answer in NCM
• Investigation with the CATIA V5 about electrical installations
• Impact analysis in the event of modification
• Interface with other departments / professions within the design office
• Production support whether on the assembly line or in production centers
• KPI follow up
• Guarantor of the QUALITY approach

You have the following experiences and skills:

• Holder of a Técnico Superior in the field of engineering/aeronautics or a related discipline.
• Equipment and harness installation in a 3D environment
• Creation of drawings for production
• Usage of a DMU and 3D environment
• Mastery of CATIA V5 software with specific electrical modules
• Knowledge of the installation regulations for electrical equipment and devices in the aeronautical environment
• You like working in a complex environment and accepting changes in priorities
• Ability to step back and have an overview of a project
• Soft Skills: methodology and rigor, team spirit and dynamism, transparent communication, having a positive attitude even in times of difficulty (being constructive), knowing how to work on a plateau
• Language skills: Negotiation level in Spanish and advanced level in English and / or French.
