We seek an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to spearhead the commercial activities in the power electronics and electric vehicle (EV) components market. This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, driving the growth and success of the business in the automotive sector and beyond. In this position, You will be developing and executing sales strategies to expand the market share with multinational industry leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to the automotive industry, world-class communication skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the electric vehicle market. The position will be based in the following locations : Madrid, Spain; Munich, Germany; and Shanghai, China. Requirements : /liliA bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar science-based major, with an MBA degree preferred. Minimum of five years of experience successfully selling into the automotive sector, focusing on electric vehicles and component sales to manufacturers. /liliMust have proven high-quality communication skills and a track record of successful negotiation skills that have led to revenue growth with automotive customers.
