We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Madrid.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement commercial strategies to attract new clients and expand the existing portfolio.- Identify business opportunities in air, sea, and land transport.- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, offering customized solutions in logistics and international transportation.- Negotiate rates and commercial conditions in collaboration with internal pricing and operations teams.- Analyze the market and competition to anticipate trends and opportunities.- Work closely with operational and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.Skills & Experience Required (M/F/D)- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Freight Forwarding sector.- Extensive knowledge of multimodal transport solutions (air, sea, land).- Ability to develop business in local and international markets.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- High level of English (spoken and written);
