What are we looking for?
We seek a Technical Support Specialist for the API Division's commercial projects. The technician will handle customer requests, prepare responses aligned with current pharmaceutical industry guidelines, country-specific regulations, and pharmacopoeias. They will coordinate with various manufacturing departments to ensure timely and appropriate responses and supervise internal development project management.
The challenge!
1. Process, review, and resolve customer requests, coordinating with factories and tracking responses. Finalize and send responses with necessary documentation.
2. Manage Customer Specifications.
3. Record all technical assistance information related to customer interactions and API manufacturing (CRM).
4. Follow up on product acceptance in different countries and gather customer feedback.
5. Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs for marketing authorization applications.
6. Manage regulatory documentation.
7. Support API manufacturers, both internal and external.
8. Provide alternatives and contingency plans for changes or issues during execution.
9. Ensure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and properly stored.
10. Manage samples for Pharmacy Office.
What do you need?
* Education: Degree in Sciences; a Master's in Pharma Industry is a plus.
* Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
* Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, especially related to API products.
* Knowledge: Understanding of Regulatory Affairs procedures, pharmacopoeias, and familiarity with Office and CRM tools.
* Personal Skills: Customer-oriented approach, high problem-solving capacity, planning and organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
* Work Schedule: Flexible start time, Monday to Friday, full-time.
