Key Responsibilities:
* Holistic project management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and strategic procurement processes. Demonstrate entrepreneurial talent in project controlling and acquiring new customers.
* Broad range of challenges: Manage diverse customer portfolios and projects across various industries, including start-ups, retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
* Intensive customer consulting: Work closely with clients, lead workshops, negotiations, and presentations as their main contact.
* Specific development: Contribute to the development of knowledge within the company.
* Far-reaching responsibility: Ensure your team's professional and personal growth. As part of the INVERTO management team, help shape the company's development.
Minimum Requirements:
* University degree with above-average grades and 4-8 years of relevant experience.
* Extensive consulting expertise, ideally in procurement/supply chain management, with a passion for strategic and operational work.
* Proven analytical and conceptual skills at management level in demanding projects.
* Full commitment, customer orientation, and teamwork skills.
* Proven leadership ability, both professionally and personally.
* Confident in an international environment, fluent in English and Spanish, flexible regarding mobility.
