Senior Account Executive - Local Management (Solutions Sales Department)

We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive - Local Management, someone who can find a common language with anyone in the world.
Responsibilities
* Drive new sales growth by expanding our customer base through targeted outreach, including calls, emails, campaigns, and live demos.
* Collaborate with business and engineering teams to develop sales strategies and meet targets.
* Attend workshops and refresher courses on sales and marketing techniques.
* Plan and support product launches and events to boost visibility.
* Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients and stakeholders.
* Maintain expert knowledge of our products to address customer inquiries.
* Develop strategies to educate clients on our products and services.
* Organize training sessions for clients and team members.
* Work with leadership on marketing strategies to enhance outreach.
* Coordinate with teams on new product rollouts and sales processes.
* Assist with daily sales operations and workflows.
* Mentor and train team members to improve performance.
* Liaise with stakeholders across departments for sales initiatives.
* Analyze Salesforce and other analytics reports to inform strategies.
* Collaborate with management on operational tasks to drive results.
Who we are looking for
* Experience in selling Local SEO solutions for 3+ years.
* 5+ years of dynamic sales experience, especially in high-volume outreach.
* 7+ years of overall professional experience.
* 3+ years in high-volume phone sales, with a focus on lead generation.
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tech stacks.
* Comfortable working closely with leadership.
* Proficient in CRM, digital marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong growth mindset and continuous improvement drive.
* Proven experience in software sales.
* Background in digital marketing agencies, Martech, or SaaS.
* Experience with cold outreach.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing concepts.
* Understanding of consumer behavior and MarTech.
