Delivery Manager (Customer Master Data)

Yolk Recruitment are currently hiring for a Customer Master Data Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery, governance, and adoption of a global Customer Master Data Management (MDM) solution. The role combines technical MDM expertise, delivery excellence, and stakeholder leadership to ensure high-quality customer data solutions are delivered on time and adopted across business teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of customer master data initiatives across multiple countries and systems.
* Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption, translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.
* Oversee planning, prioritization, risk, dependency, and issue management.
* Coordinate upstream and downstream system integrations.
* Manage testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to operational teams.
* Orchestrate agile delivery, including backlog prioritization, user story sizing, and sprint execution.
* Support change management, training, documentation, and communication across teams.
* Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness.
* Lead, coach, and onboard a team of 5-7 data, MDM, and integration professionals.
Required Skills & Experience
* 8-10 years of professional experience, including 5-7 years in MDM/data management and 3-5 years in delivery or product management roles.
* Hands‑on experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica IDMC/C360 or equivalent) and Customer 360 principles.
* Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, match & merge, survivorship, and Golden Record concepts.
* Proven track record managing complex, multi‑country delivery programs.
* Expertise in Agile / SAFe delivery, backlog‑driven execution, and sprint orchestration.
* Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and change leadership skills.
* Experience with ERP, CRM, and external data integrations.
* Ability to enforce governance, compliance, and quality across distributed teams.
