Overview
We are looking for a Legal Counsel with 5–8 years of experience to support our expanding European operations. The role focuses on procurement and commercial contracts, general corporate legal support, and cross-border coordination with Group headquarters in China.
This is a hands-on in-house position in a fast-growing renewable energy sector, working closely with procurement, business and other cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
* Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of procurement agreements, including framework agreements, equipment and component procurement, warehouse service, logistics, transportation and services contracts.
* Draft and negotatet commercial contracts such as sales, service, distribution, cooperation, and NDA arrangements
* Provide corporate and operational legal support, including corporate documentation, legal knowledge management and tools.
* Monitor and analyse European Policies related to Renewable energy sector and other related areas
* Support the development and continuous improvement to contracts and internal legal processes, assist with internal compliance initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
* 5–8 years of post-qualification legal experience (in-house and/or reputable law firm)
* Strong experience and excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. in procurement contracts and commercial agreements
* Solid understanding of European commercial contracting practices
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, high professional integrity and sense of ownership.
* Experience in energy, renewable energy, energy storage, infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing is a strong plus
* Fluent in English; Mandarin is highly preferred for HQ coordination, additional European languages are a plus.
* Commercial, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a cross-border, multicultural environment
