The IT Department is seeking a highly motivated Digital Product Manager with a strong focus on digital sales and consumer experience. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and an innovative mindset to help accelerate our brands toward a digital-first strategy in the fast food market.
To be a successful digital product manager, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of technical and business areas for the implementation of technical solutions to change consumer behaviors and lead the future trends of fast food in the market regarding digital innovations.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end journey across our e-commerce channels. Your key stakeholders will include consumers, restaurant partners, and internal staff. The technology stack encompasses both mobile and web platforms for consumers, a comprehensive MarTech ecosystem, as well as the systems that integrate orders with restaurants and support operational tools for staff.
Its responsibility will be to define the strategy, create the digital innovation pipeline, design, structure, launch and manage new projects for RBEurope (Burger King, Popeyes and Tim Hortons) for Spain, Portugal and Italy deploying existing and emerging technologies to address challenging needs.

Responsibilities
* Design, structure and lead critical strategic projects to drive new layers of digital sales as well as launch, execute and follow up it in the market.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment.
* Rethink all the existent channels and have them improved or ready to the next generation projects.
* Lead cross functional and external technical teams fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
* Improving brand ́s perception of digital innovation.
* Bring home the ultimate digital trends to be analyzed to be implemented if there is a fit.
* Partner with all brands, third-party agencies and all stakeholders. Understand their needs and drive business growth in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
* Be hands on the detailed execution and restaurant level deployment.
* Analytical reporting and sales driven assessments/presentations.
* Issues management and improvement quality.
Requirements
* Degree in a technology-related field (Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Business Technology)
* Proven +5 years of relevant experience in similar positions, preferably within large or complex organizations.
* Experience in creating systematic innovation processes (core and breakthrough)
* In-depth understanding of business models creation, ecosystem building, partnering with third parties and startups
* Experience with relevant e-commerce business.
* Experience with project management and cross functional leadership.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity
* Innovative thinking and leadership skills
Nice to have
* Knowledge of Behavioral science, CRO, UX, analytics, traffic drivers and marketing automation to personalize experiences and omnichannel consumer journeys.
* Experience in QSR, Retail or food sectors.
* Operations knowledge about delivery
* Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.
