You will collaborate with your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in the production process. Reading and interpreting assemly instructions, technical drawings and schematics Preparing and assembling components to create finished products Operating machinery and equipment used in the assembly process Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Identifying and reporting any issues or defects in the production process Productivity Quality Safety Delivery Experience - Have experience in assembly, testing, and operating machinery in manufacturing. Skill - Have mechanical abilities and a high level of precision Competency - Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions with general reading, writing, and arithmetic skills Competency - Be detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of precision and accuracy Action Oriented - Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things that he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes opportunities when they arise.
