Mid/senior product growth - engineering

At Factorial we're looking for a Full-StackSenior/Mid Product Developer to help us boost our team & the company to the next level. Are you ready to be part of one on the most impactful teams?

The Team

The Growth Product team is the most impactful team at Factorial, because we work across the entire customer journey: from enhancing the platform that our sales team uses to demonstrate Factorial, to creating upselling experiences that help customers discover new products and streamlining the onboarding process of new companies.

Imagine building something that helps our sales team improve their conversion rate by 10%, or designing an automated process that enables our specialists to handle five times more clients each week. These are the types of projects that drive over $1M in annual recurring revenue, and they are led by the Growth Product team.

You will join forces with awesome talent like Lara Menendez, Amalia González, Chloé Dumit, Rubén Pérez, Pablo Gutiérrez & David García.

The Tech Behind

Our projects are built in React with TypeScript and Ruby on Rails. Usually our tasks are 75% of Frontend and 25% is Backend.

• We are looking for a team player and great communicator, a person who is comfortable helping your teammates, sharing your knowledge and raising the hand first when anyone need helps.
• A truly owner with a critic eye. We are looking for a person who like proposing new things, is being responsible for building, deploying, and validating them.
• A person who love to talk about money! We are growth and revenue is our objetive, you have to be passionate about business ideas and be super existed when you find the next 1M€ revenue idea.
• Entrepreneurial mindset even if you didn’t found your own company, have this passion is crucial to join our team. Things will move fast and you have to be happy working at light speed.

Salary

At Factorial transparency is in our DNA, people at the same rank will receive the same salary and all the salary ranks are public

• Mid Engineer you will join factorial with 40.000€ Base and 2.800€ Variable paid quarterly based on our business goals and after one year you will receive 10% of your salary as ESOP.
• Senior Engineer you will join factorial with 55.000€ Base and 5.500€ Variable paid quarterly based on our business goals and after one year you will receive 10% of your salary as ESOP.

Process & Next Steps

We know applying for a job takes time, that’s why we want to make the experience as good and efficient as we can!

1. Talent Interview (30mins) The first thing is to get to know each other and give you the chance to ask any questions you have about Factorial. Treat this interview as an informal conversation, so don’t be nervous. You can ask anything you want!

1. Engineering Manager Interview (1h) After talk with our amazing Talent team you will be redirected to talk our Engineering Manager, this interview is focus on talk more about how growth product team works and your experience.

2. Challenge (2h) We need to validate your knowledge and understand how you work before joining Factorial. The challenge is quite simple: we’ll start with a short description of a problem, and we’ll evaluate your skills to research it thoroughly and propose a solution. After that, we’ll get hands-on and you’ll start taking the first steps towards a technical solution. We will evaluate how you work so you can use any resources you like, just as if it were a real-life task.

3. VP / CTO Interview (1h) Once you finish the challenge, we’ll do a final interview having the change to have a talk whit our Engineering VP our our CTO.

4. Offer Letter If everything plays out, we’ll make you a formal offer based on all the steps above.
