Key Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations to control cash balances.
- Issue and record supplier, creditor and client invoices.
- Carry out inventory to control company stock.
- Prepare provisions for expenses or revenues that have not yet been invoiced.
- Record monthly payroll entries.
- Perform monthly depreciation of fixed assets.
- Reconcile client and supplier ledgers.
- Support auditors with audit processes.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly tax filings.
- Close the month to produce a final balance sheet.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of current fiscal legislation and the General Accounting Plan.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle to access the offices.
