We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join the team of a major international hotel chain at our Málaga hub.If you enjoy helping customers, working in tourism, and interacting with international travelers, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a stable and international environment.
Your Role
You will support German-speaking customers interested in hotel bookings and ensure they receive an excellent service throughout the reservation process.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls in German from customers looking to book hotels
• Assist customers with reservations and travel-related questions
• Provide high-quality customer support and guest experience
• Help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
What We're Looking For
Native or bilingual German
Advanced English level
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Sales experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Currently living in Málaga or willing to relocate
Availability to start ASAP
What We Offer
Permanent contract (2-month probation period)
€21,500 gross/year salary
€1,500 gross sign-on bonus
Full-time position (39 hours/week)
International career opportunities Rotating shifts: Monday–Sunday between 08:00 – 22:00 (alternate weekends)
Training
Fully paid on-site training included in the contract
Training schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00
Friday: 09:00 – 16:00
