HAYS Technology is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector.
We are looking for a Content Steward to expand their team. The Content Steward supports company global platform for managing, approving, storing and sharing promotional and medical content within the global content creation and utilization model.
Content Stewards are responsible for supporting Vault/Aprimo platforms with tasks related to user management and task management as well as managing support request tickets in the General support platform.

What would your duties be?
- Run service reports and follow up on appropriate metrics. Complete relevant data indicator tasks according to time, quantity and quality, produce relevant reports and statements on time and other tasks assigned from time to time.
- Quality check of content (components, claims and references) ensuring metadata and files are fit to standards.
- Manage incidents that arise withing the content approval process.
- Organize and process data relating to basic tickets in company ticketing platform.
- Report on incident trends, maintain incident playbook and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve incidents promptly.
- Perform data remediation tasks within the platform.
- Check and verify data relating to user registration and onboarding. Ensure that information is accurately entered in the system and follow proper procedures for user onboarding.
- Resolve user access issues into system platform. The Content Steward may need to verify information and update the database to reflect recent changes, again ensuring that the new data is correctly entered in the system.
Which are the requirements for this position?
- Must be fluent in English.
- Knowledge or experience with SQL.
- Experience with Veeva (CRM), Veeva Vault o Myservices (Service Now).
- Computer skills –should be comfortable accessing information and using programs on one or more operating systems.
- Organizational skills to ensure agile and good quality of task management during the day.
- Good Communication skills – effective verbal and written communication skills when providing assistance to employees or preparing reports.
- Responsible, team-minded, and able to withstand pressure.
- Familiar with databases and Data entry.
- Attention to detail - to ensure that data is correctly entered and secured.
- Certificate of Higher Education (Formación professional) or Bachelor's Degree.
- Candidates with experience in call centers, the pharmaceutical industry, and software development are preferred.
