About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Product Manager to own and drive the Core product direction at SplitMetrics Acquire — a B2B SaaS platform for Apple Ads management.
This role is for someone who connects product decisions to real business outcomes, moves quickly based on market signals and GTM insights, and takes equal ownership of both delivery and adoption. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure we’re not just building fast, but building what truly drives growth and customer value.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Own and drive the quarterly roadmap for the Scale Core team
Set priorities aligned with enterprise client needs and company OKRs
Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term product and architecture decisions
End‑to‑End Product Development
Lead discovery: client research, data analysis, hypothesis shaping
Write clear, structured PRDs and specs for cross‑functional teams (Engineering, QA, Design)
Drive execution: align on scope, unblock dependencies, support delivery
Own the full release cycle — from QA acceptance to rollout and monitoring
Adoption & Go‑To‑Market
Partner with Marketing on feature positioning and launch communication
Work with CS to drive adoption among enterprise clients
Define product UX copy (tooltips, banners, onboarding)
Track adoption and iterate based on data
Product as a Revenue Driver
Translate signals from clients, Sales, CS, and the market into product priorities
Work in tight alignment with GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing)
Prioritize based on revenue and adoption impact, not feature volume
Ensure the product supports Sales in closing and CS in expanding accounts
About You
5+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS (ideally with enterprise‑facing products)
Experience in mobile UA, AdTech, or performance marketing is a strong plus — you understand the client’s world
Strong data fluency: comfortable working with large‑scale performance data, experiments, and key metrics
Ability to extract insights and make decisions even with imperfect data or an analytics setup
Solid understanding of A/B testing, incrementality, and optimization logic
Proven ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes (revenue, retention, expansion)
Experience writing clear, structured PRDs for cross‑functional teams
Strong prioritization skills, balancing data, business context, and stakeholder input
End‑to‑end ownership mindset — from discovery through delivery to adoption
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and resource‑constrained environments
Ability to align Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing without direct authority
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluent English (B2+)
