About the Role
At CARRER, we’re looking for an Operations & Customer Service Intern to support our daily operations at CARRER. This role is designed for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, who is keen to gain hands-on experience across operations, logistics, and customer interaction within a growing fashion company.
Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day management of B2C and B2B orders, including processing, follow-up, and issue resolution.
* Assist with orders returns, exchanges, and coordination with logistics partners.
* Help monitor stock levels and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare and maintain Excel reports on orders, sales, and inventory.
* Manage day-to-day customer service support, solving order-related queries and ensuring a positive client experience.
* Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to keep processes efficient and up-to-date.
Requirements
* Student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
* Based in Barcelona
* Confident with Excel (pivot tables, basic data analysis).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Interest in fashion, retail, and operational processes.
* Fluent in English, Spanish is required.
* Immediate availability to start.
