We are looking for an AIV software engineer with proven experience to join one of our teams in the Space sector, with the aim of taking on responsibility for AIV activities within the team in the short/medium term.
The role is aimed at candidates who have already worked in complex systems integration, verification, installation and configuration environments and who are prepared to take technical leadership of these activities in GMV's space projects.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading the assembly, integration, verification, installation and configuration of GMV's satellite control products.
• Defining, maintaining and evolving the AIV and CI/CD processes associated with the product.
• Developing, executing and maintaining product verification plans and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with technical and quality requirements.
• Coordinating and supervising the management and resolution of non-conformities, incidents and anomalies.
• Provide technical support to the Product Owner in planning and technical decision-making activities.
• Act as a technical reference in AIV within the team.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
Essential requirements:
• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar.
• Previous professional experience in AIV activities (integration, verification and validation) of complex software systems.
• Experience in the integration and configuration of software systems in production or pre-operational environments.
• Ability to work independently and take technical responsibility for a set of activities.
• Advanced level of English.
The following will be highly valued:
• Previous experience in the space sector or in critical systems.
• Knowledge of ECSS standards and systems engineering methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo or others.
• Regular use of Jira or other incident tracking tools.
This position is not intended for junior profiles, interns or those with very limited experience.
