Responsibilities
* Coordinate efforts to manage and negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers or with collaborators to achieve desired results where everyone is satisfied.
* Participate in open house days, organize visits, and show properties to potential buyers.
* Interact with potential clients to understand their housing desires and needs.
* Provide sellers and potential buyers with information about the local real estate market.
Requirements
* At least one year of experience as an agent or relevant real estate experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A proven track record of success in the real estate sector.
* Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent sector trends.
