If you have strong local resources and a passion for expanding market share, we want you to lead our business growth in the region! brKey Responsibilities: brBusiness Channel Development: Expand the company's portfolio (LED displays, lighting, smart poles, etc.) by actively acquiring new clients and building a robust channel network (distributors, system integrators). brProject Sales Management: Lead the entire sales lifecycle, including project operations, solution development, bidding, contract negotiation, and payment collection. brMarket Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for strategy adjustments. brCollaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-sales, After-sales, Marketing) to ensure seamless project delivery and high-quality customer service. What We Are Looking For: brBackground: Bachelor's degree or above. Spanish national (or foreign citizens with work authorization). brExperience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in LED displays, lighting, smart poles, or low-voltage system integration. brLocal Resources: Candidates with established local customer bases (clients, integrators) will be given priority. brSkills: Proficient in sales techniques, negotiation, and data analysis. Strong command of office software (Word, Excel, Power Point). brAttributes: Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and possessing excellent professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
