As a Sales Manager, maintain and grow customer relationships & satisfaction
Secure profitable growth within our product portfolio and targeted platforms
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business success
As a results-driven Sales Manager, support cash flow and EBIT targets for strong financial performance
Identify and secure new business through customer planning, relationship building, and active account management — a core Sales Manager responsibility
This is what you bring to us:
5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in automotive/transport industry sector, with CRM experience supporting a data-focused Sales Manager approach
Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills demonstrating effective Sales Manager performance
Results orientated outlook and able to work both independently and within a matrix orientated team structure
Excellent communication xohynlm and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with customers as an outstanding Sales Manager
Professional proficiency in Spanish and advanced English language skills
A desire for personal and professional development in a global organisation
Conditions:
Competitive base salary (depending on the candidate skills and experience) plus 20-25 % variable based on sales targets
