About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven eCommerce Category Manager to deploy and optimize their online store principles and digital shelf execution across regional markets. In this role, your main focus will be translating commercial priorities into excellent digital execution, ensuring their products achieve maximum visibility and seamless operation at the digital point of sale. Please note: This is a TEMPORARY position with an approximate duration of 6 months.
This is an individual contributor role with a strong operational focus. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, content management, and optimization of their brands on retailer websites, collaborating closely with local Sales and Category teams.
Key Responsibilities (Operational & Execution Focused)
-Digital Shelf Execution: Deploy online store and assortment principles across retailer websites, ensuring perfect execution and alignment with regional guidelines.
-Content Application & Maintenance: Manually oversee and apply product content, coordinate translations, optimize SEO, and work directly with customers on content adaptation to maximize on-site visibility.
-On-Site Optimization: Directly collaborate with retailer technical/commercial teams to improve shopper navigation, optimize on-site search results, and implement filters and facets.
-Sales Support: Communicate e-commerce execution priorities clearly to Sales Teams, providing them with the necessary tools and guidelines to ensure store-level excellence.
-Daily Merchandising: Ensure our brands and products are correctly embedded in the shopping experience across customer websites.
-KPI Tracking: Measure, monitor, and report daily/weekly KPIs to assess retailer merchandising execution against our online standards.
Context and Scope
This role focuses on the internal management and execution of the digital store program to support overall business performance. Operating within the Sales Acceleration team, you will ensure success through the daily delivery and operational execution of a best-in-class online picture of success, using data-informed insights to optimize everyday performance.
Job Specifications & Qualifications
Education & Experience:
-Education: Graduate in Digital Marketing or E-commerce.
-Experience: Hands-on experience in Digital Merchandising, E-commerce Sales Operations, Content Management, or Category Management.
-Technical Understanding: Practical knowledge of the e-commerce retail environment, content management systems, and e-retailer ways of working.
-Analytical Approach: Ability to conduct routine data analysis for markets and customers to make quick, data-backed operational adjustments. xhfqzwm
-Languages: Full professional proficiency in English MANDATORY. Spanish and Italian C1.
