Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions
* Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service throughout the interaction
* Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our services
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in our CRM system
* Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to sales strategies
* Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers and support sales efforts
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch or another language spoken in our markets is required; proficiency in English is advantageous
* No prior experience necessary, but a passion for sales and helping customers is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized
* Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software
* A motivated individual with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
* Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new location and culture
