The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance programs (AML, Governance, Codes of Conduct, Data Protection (GDPR), etc.).
• Implement the Compliance and Crime Prevention Management Manual and the Risk Management Model.
• Analyze operations for potential risks and suspicious activities.
• Draft and review policies, procedures, and remediation plans.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify and assess business risks.
• Perform audits and generate reports to improve risk and security systems.
• Support regulatory updates and due diligence processes.
• Oversee and support compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR), including coordination of privacy-related controls and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law and specialization in Compliance.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of regulations in the financial sector (AML, GDPR, etc.).
• Proficiency in English and Excel.
• Knowledge of financial markets and risk management systems.
