Requirements
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Executes timely issuance of stock request to support business operational needsProcesses stock request & transfer of stocks to other branches outside ManilaMaintains right quantity level of supplies/materials at the right time based on approved standards and proceduresConducts daily update of stock cardsEnsures stocks are arranged in an organized manner consistent with the service requirementChecks and corrects discrepancy in records and reports to supervising authorityEnsures all deliveries are checked accurately against the corresponding delivery notesEnsures all deliveries are correctly signed for and received into the warehouseConducts monthly physical stock count inventory and report, practices FIFO or LIFO for stock issuance as appropriateMaintains and updates daily inventory entriesProvides updates on stock expiry dates, slow moving items, stocks with critically low inventory levels;
recommends/takes actions for dispositionReviews and analyses stock consumption of branches for the quarterly update of minimum stock level per branchEnsures all required reports and returns are prepared accurately, submitted on time and in line with the business requirements, both local and regionalEnsures timely entry of all data and upkeep of recordsMaintains records of goods ordered and received and ensure accuracy of dataMaintains tidiness of the warehouse and orderly storage of stock at all times
